He is co-author of Reinvention: Accelerating Results in the Age of Disruption. It received the International Book Award and Enterprise Ireland listed it as one of the "best business books, ever."
Earlier in his career, Shane was an internal OD consultant at National Semiconductor and an executive over the delivery division at FranklinCovey.
Shane is co-authoring a book in 2019 titled Leadership 3.0. He's assembling a team of 150 global advisors from 40 countries and 40 industries as part of a 2-year next-gen leadership study.

Shane's passion is to eventually use his work to help solve the unsolvable problems facing humanity.
He graduated with his BA and MBA from Brigham Young University, speaks Russian, and resides in London.
