Kate has over 20 years of international experience in the US, Europe and Asia, working with executives to design, support and drive the cultural, systems and people aspects of complex business changes. She works at the level of the organization or the individual, from providing consultative guidance to individual executive coaching. She has worked primarily in investment banking, professional services, pharmaceuticals and technology businesses. Her clients include AstraZeneca, GlaxoSmithKline, Microsoft, McKinsey & Co, Swiss Re, BT , PwC, Roche, HSBC, Standard Chartered Bank, Ericsson, General Electric and British Airways. She has also taught and coached on programmes for Oxford’s Saïd Business School and Columbia Business School.
She has an MSc in Organisational Behaviour from the University of London and BA in Business Administration from Oxford Brookes University . She is an Editorial Board member for the Journal of Change Management and a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.
Kate’s pro bono work is for TED. She is a ‘TED Hero’, coaching TED fellows worldwide since 2013.
