Shane is CEO and Founding Principal of SweetmanCragun Group, a global leadership development firm. Shane is a co-author of Reinvention: Accelerating Results in the Age of Disruption, currently in its third printing. It received the 2017 International Book Award and was recently listed in Enterprise Ireland Magazine as one of "the best business books ever." His forthcoming book will address the NextGen Leadership required to win in the digital age.

Shane graduated with his BA and MBA from Brigham Young University, speaks Russian, and resides in London.
