Shane is CEO and Founding Principal of SweetmanCragun Group, a global leadership development firm. He has 25 years of experience helping individuals, teams, and organizations create exceptional results. Shane's research, writing, and client work focuses on leadership, disruption, change mastery, and strategy.
Referred to globally as a "disruption guru," Shane has a deep understanding of the Digital Age and how individuals-organizations can win in tumultuous times and create market dominant organizations.
Shane is a co-author of Reinvention: Accelerating Results in the Age of Disruption, currently in its third printing. It received the 2017 International Book Award and was recently listed in Enterprise Ireland Magazine as one of "the best business books ever." His forthcoming book will address the NextGen Leadership required to win in the digital age.

Shane was recently shortlisted for the Thinkers50 award. He serves as a Fellow at the European Leadership University with a focus on Nextgen Leadership Curriculum. Shane is a mentor to International Fellows at MIT's Legatum School of Entrepreneurship.
Shane graduated with his BA and MBA from Brigham Young University, speaks Russian, and resides in London.
